So, what's new for 2022?

This year, we will be officially launching our new brand identity, our new positioning, and our new C-Suite, as well as a few surprises that will only be revealed after the show starts on June 7th. You can expect to see our new branding in action, as well as product demos and individualised explanations of our three core activities: Issuing, Acquiring, and IBAN accounts.

This year, you can find Paynovate right near the Connections Lounge - Stand B202. We'll have demo-ready terminals from our sister-company LoyalPay (www.loyalpay.com).

Meet the Team

Robert Masse - Founder & CEO

Robert launched his first fintech service in 2009, and this would eventually grow into Loyaltek Group and all its divisions. And now, 13 years later, Robert has seen everything there is to see in the Belgian fintech sector. With this knowledge, Robert has built up Paynovate with the mission 'payment solutions for all'. Robert's schedule is already starting to fill up, so please be sure to book a meeting ASAP so we don't miss you!

Benjamin Beeckmans - Chief Commerical Officer

Benjamin has been with us for just over 2 months and has already brought major impact to our Sales approach. Alongside his work at Paynovate, Benjamin is also a professor at the Solvay business school, teaching courses on entrepreneurship at the Masters level. Benjamin is very active on the App, so be sure to reach out to him there if you'd like to set a meeting in advance to talk IBAN accounts and payment card issuing.

Christophe Schmidt - Chief Operating Officer

Christophe joined us six months ago, and has been working tirelessly to revamp our operational structures and optimise our offering. With well over a decade of experience in the acquiring sector, Christophe is Paynovate's resident expert in all forms of Payment Acquiring: from pricing to processes. Make sure to book a meeting with Christophe if you're on the hunt for acquiring services for terminals, e-commerce, vending kiosks, and more.

Jade Hazard - Global Director of Product, Innovation, & Design

Jade has been with the Loyaltek Group for nearly five years. Every minute detail of our product development, software sprint planning, product design, and workflows passes under her eyes for review. Jade has also dedicated much of her career to supporting philanthropic causes, and most recently took a sabbatical for a microfinance mission in El Salvador. If you have any questions about the capabilites and details of any of our Products, Jade will be on-hand at Stand B202 to give you all the information you need.

Réginald Leyssens - Sales Director

Réginald has been with Paynovate Sales for a year and a half now, managing both Acquiring/Issuing as well as overseeing the sales team of our sister division LoyalPay. In the time he's been with us, Réginald has mastered all the benefits of choosing our product offering and is always ready with a smile and an answer tailored to the clients' needs. Réginald also has a very unqiue hobby - he has a vast collection of airline safety pamphlets spanning decades. If you're ready to talk issuing and acquiring, be sure to book a meeting with Réginald.

Shannon Rollins - Global Marketing Manager

Shannon joined Loyaltek Group just over a year ago, and has had her hands full these last few months preparing the new Paynovate website and identity with our partner RCCO Creative. An interesting fact about Shannon? She still organises her clothing by colour and sleeve length in her closet - just like she was trained to do in her first job out of high school.
