Paynovate to offer full range of payment services in France

Paynovate’s services are now available in France, following a partnership with LACPS (La Centrale de Paiement Sécurisé).

LACPS, which is based in Valence and covers the South of France from Montpellier to Nice, is the country’s first transaction broker. It will offer a range of Paynovate solutions to all types of businesses, including bakeries, pharmacies, tobacco shops, restaurants and hotels.

The partnership will make available the latest generation Android and touchscreen POS terminals, up to three times faster than traditional devices.

Paynovate’s full range of digital payment solutions, including IBAN accounts and credit/debit card issuing, will be launched by LACPS over the coming months.

LACPS chose Paynovate as its local partner because of its ten-year track record of offering electronic payment solutions throughout Europe. Paynovate is an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) and its licences from the National Bank of Belgium and the FCA allow it to offer payment services throughout the EU and the UK, providing its own reliable and regulated payment infrastructure.

Paynovate believes that with over a decade of experience in card issuing, acquiring, and payment technology, its solutions guarantee the best services.

Robert Masse, founder and CEO of Paynovate, told the media: “This is a significant move for us. Paynovate has built a solid foundation in Belgium and is seen as a trusted provider of a wide range of digital payment solutions. Moving into France is a logical next step for us and we are delighted to be doing so via a partnership with the team at LACPS.”

Maximiliano Martin, CEO at LACPS, added: “We cater to all types of businesses. We aim to offer innovative Paynovate solutions throughout France, providing merchants with a comprehensive turnkey payment service.”

Paynovate currently processes over 200 million euros per month, with over a million issued cards and around 40,000 active payment terminals.
